The flat sales fee of £995 plus vat comes with the following conditions:
The property has to be priced at £149,995k or less.
The property has to be under sole agency agreement.
The estate agents will be allowed to put a for sale board outside the property (if permitted under town and planning regulation)
The flat sales fee will have to offered to the vendor at valuations on managements discretion.
The fee of £995 plus vat is payable on exchange of contracts and will have to be paid on completion of the property. |
